Right in the middle of down town Newport RI, where all the action is on Thames St. is the Bouchard Inn and Restaurant. This Inn is actually a true bed and breakfast, and the breakfast is the best part about staying here! You get the most delicious freshly cooked French pastries delivered to your room every morning! The restaurant itself is highly recommended and one of the premier spots to eat at in Newport. The food is simply amazing and you can't go wrong with it. The inn itself is very nice. It is a great place to go for a weekend getaway without kids. It is definitely more of an adult atmosphere as people are looking to enjoy the quaintness and sweet décor that it has to offer.
